Claro Que No are a new, hungry alt-rock combo from Bucharest, Romania that serve up a mix of heavy musical mischief and uncomfortable truths, formed by a multinational ensemble of seasoned musicians with a shared love of modern rock sounds and wider inspirations from all over the musical world.
Featuring members of well established acts like byron, Emaa and Valeria Stoica, Claro Que No are continuing to work on new music to be released before the end of the year, while preparing behind the scenes to hit the road in early 2025.
Their latest single, ‘Shelter’, sees them experimenting with electronic elements for the first time, creating a brooding atmosphere of colourful soundscapes with the help of hotly-tipped producer and musician Armand Popa. It tells a story of longing against a backdrop of minimal dance and R&B vibes, peppered with touches of shoegaze, which eventually crescendo into a grand finale.
What you hear so far is just the start to a fresh journey through the peaks, valleys and bottomless pits of creative exploration, as your new favourite troubadours draw on the riches of combined experience, hunger for truth and desire for self-perfection on their way to your ears.

The Cult Control Association produces and promotes the Brutus live series through a grant offered by Banca Transilvania.
